Two Classy Physio's main aim is to educate on safe movement and exercise, so that anyone, at any level of fitness, feels confident to do so. Together the two founders, Tamar Simai and Zoe Diamond, use their knowledge as trained physiotherapists to review gyms, wellness studios and fitness content so that its users are well informed on how to utilise available fitness programs in the most safe and effective way possible. We are also passionate about making exercise fun and positive for your health in all aspects, so if a program isn't positive in energy and in vibe, it is unlikely to get our tick of approval!

Using our 5 star criteria, that takes into consideration enjoyment, cost, customer experience, effectiveness and safety, we analyse all aspects of the class so that our followers and podcast listeners can choose a gym or fitness program that is best suited to them. Have you ever wondered if trying bunjee fitness, row-formers, cycle dance or jazz-ercise is an effective, fun and safe form of exercise? Well we are here to try it for you first and give you all the pros and cons!

How Two Classy Physios Was Born
As physiotherapists, we live and breath fitness and understand its benefits in preventing all forms of pain and disability, however we are also confronted everyday by the risks of certain types of exercise in causing injury. Our clients are constantly asking us for advice on which types of fitness are the 'best' and how they can continue to do what they love in the safest way possible. So we thought, why not make the ultimate millennial move and create a Podcast about it!
